1. Introduction
By accessing or using www.falconflyuav.ae (the “Website”) and/or purchasing products or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Return Policy, and our Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Policies”).
These Policies are prepared in accordance with the UAE Consumer Protection Law (Federal Law No. 15 of 2020), the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021), and all other applicable UAE e-commerce and civil regulations.
If there is any discrepancy between translations, the Arabic version of these Policies (if provided) will prevail for legal purposes.
2. Key Definitions
Consumer – Any natural or legal person in the UAE who purchases products or services through this Website.
Company / Seller – FalconFly Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (Drone) Trading CO. L.L.C.
Products – All physical goods sold by the Company, including drones, batteries, and accessories.
Services – After-sales services such as maintenance, repair, training, or warranty support.
E-commerce Services – Digital transactions, order placements, and communications conducted through the Website.
3. Company Transparency
FalconFly UAV will clearly disclose its trade name, commercial license number, and licensing authority as required by UAE law.
All invoices, contracts, and mandatory notices will be provided in Arabic or accompanied by an Arabic version in compliance with the Consumer Protection Law.
Prices will be fully transparent and include all applicable VAT, shipping, and service fees. No hidden charges are permitted.
4. Orders, Pricing & Invoicing
Prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated and include applicable VAT.
Upon purchase, customers receive an itemized invoice detailing product description, quantity, unit price, total price, VAT amount, and company details.
FalconFly UAV reserves the right to correct typographical errors in pricing or descriptions but will notify customers before order processing.
5. Warranties & After-Sales Service
All products carry the manufacturer’s warranty and/or FalconFly UAV’s warranty terms as stated on the product page or invoice.
In accordance with UAE law, defective products will be repaired, replaced, or refunded at no additional cost to the consumer.
If a defect reoccurs three times within one year and substantially affects performance, customers may request a full replacement or refund.
6. Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy
Return Period
Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 calendar days of receiving the product.
Requests made after this period will not be accepted under any circumstances unless required by UAE consumer law.
Condition of Returned Products
Only products that are unused, unopened, and remain in their original factory-sealed packaging (“brand-new condition”) are eligible for return or exchange.
Any product that has been opened, unsealed, activated, or registered is strictly non-returnable, unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed by FalconFly UAV or the manufacturer.
All packaging, manuals, accessories, serial numbers, and security seals must be intact and untampered for a return to be processed.
Inspection & Approval
All returned products are subject to technical inspection and testing by FalconFly UAV (or an authorized service center) to confirm eligibility.
FalconFly UAV reserves the sole right to determine whether a product qualifies as defective or eligible for return or refund.
Improper Use Exclusion
Returns or refunds will not be accepted if damage or malfunction is caused by misuse, negligence, impact, liquid exposure, unauthorized modifications, improper storage, or failure to follow the operating instructions.
Non-Returnable Categories
The following are strictly non-returnable unless proven defective at the time of delivery:
Batteries, propellers, flight controllers, and electronic components once the factory seal is broken.
Software licenses, activation codes, or digital goods once issued.
Custom-ordered or special-order items not held in regular stock.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be made only to the original payment method and will be processed within 14 business days after the product passes inspection.
Shipping fees, customs duties, or payment gateway charges are non-refundable except where required by law.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before shipment with no charge.
If cancellation is requested after dispatch, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, customs clearance, and handling charges.
FalconFly UAV reserves the right to deduct any applicable restocking fees permitted under UAE law.
7. Privacy & Data Protection
FalconFly UAV collects only the personal data necessary to process orders, provide customer support, and comply with UAE regulations.
All data is processed in accordance with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and will never be sold or shared with third parties without explicit consent, except where required by law or to fulfill contractual obligations (e.g., courier services).
Customers may request access, correction, or deletion of their personal data by emailing [email protected].
All payment transactions are encrypted and processed through PCI-DSS compliant gateways.
8. Limitation of Liability
FalconFly UAV shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use or Website access, except where prohibited by UAE law.
Customers are solely responsible for complying with UAE General Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA) drone operation regulations, including any required permits or registrations.
9. Warranty Policy
- FalconFly Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (Drone) Trading CO. L.L.C. provides warranty support only within the United Arab Emirates and only through FalconFly directly. This warranty is not an international warranty and does not apply to products that develop issues, are used, operated, damaged, or claimed outside the UAE.
- The warranty applies only to physical hardware defects that are confirmed by FalconFly to be the result of manufacturing defects. Any warranty claim is subject to inspection, testing, and technical verification by FalconFly. FalconFly reserves the right to determine whether the issue qualifies as a manufacturing-related defect.
- This warranty does not cover crashes, impact damage, lost products, fly-away incidents, improper use, pilot error, water damage, liquid exposure, unauthorized repair or modification, misuse, negligence, normal wear and tear, battery misuse, software or firmware-related issues, or any damage caused by external factors.
- If the product is damaged, lost, crashed, or develops an issue while being used outside the UAE, the case will not be covered under FalconFly’s warranty. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the product is operated safely, legally, and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
- To request warranty support, the customer must contact FalconFly and provide the original order details, proof of purchase, product serial number, and a clear description of the issue. The product may need to be delivered to FalconFly within the UAE for inspection before any warranty decision is made.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Policies are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts, unless UAE federal law provides otherwise.
11. Amendments
FalconFly UAV reserves the right to update these Policies at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the updated Policies.
